We have a bag of musical instruments hung in our room. Some are bought, some are home made. Maya usually requests for it to be taken down so she can start a two person band; Maya and mummy. Maya plays one instrument at a time while mummy is asked to play a few at a time. -_-" Home made instruments are really easy to make with plastic bottles, containers, beans and cellophane tape. It's all up to your creativity. :)
